Easy to prepare
Before becoming a cereal, grain goes through several key stages of production:

Acceptance of raw materials from the supplier
Grain received by the company from suppliers undergoes laboratory quality control in accordance with DSTU requirements. Grain that has passed the preliminary control is weighed together with the truck-on-truck special scales. Depending on the grain quality indicators, its credit weight is calculated (according to the Duval formula) and its class is determined (in accordance with the requirements of DSTU).

Unloading
Grain batches are unloaded at grain receiving complexes, taking into account its properties and quality indicators.

Cleaning
Grain that needs to be processed is cleaned of impurities using grain cleaning machines, such as separators, trippers, and aspiration columns. The quality of the raw materials is monitored by the laboratory.

Drying
The grain drying process is one of the most important stage of processing and bringing raw materials to the basic quality indicators and preparing them for long-term storage.

Storage of raw materials
Grain with the basic indicators is stored in siloses - modern grain storage facilities equipped with raw material quality control sensors. The laboratory monitors the quality of grain in silos throughout the entire storage period. The laboratory continuously measures and records the parameters. All data is displayed on the monitor in real time and additionally stored in the laboratory archive.

Production
At the production stage, the grain goes from raw material to finished product: cleaning, hydrothermal treatment, drying, hulling, grinding, polishing and other production processes.

Photoseparator
A photoseparator is one of the most advanced machines in grain cleaning. It provides final control over many parameters. The photoseparator removes spoiled grains and other impurities that differ in color and size from the specified standard.

Packaging
All finished products are sorted in 0.9 kg, 1.0 kg net weight packaging or 10 kg, 40 kg, 45 kg and 50 kg bags. The packages are put into group packs on pallets with appropriate labeling.

Storage
Packaged products are placed on racks and stored separately for each type, grade and date of production. The warehouses comply with the storage standards for packaged products.

Shipment
At the final stage, the products are shipped to the customers. Thanks to planning and stable production, we are able to process and ship all orders received from retailers in a short time, so that our products are always close to your home.
